Delhi: Ansal Group promoter's wife sells Lutyens' bungalow for Rs 241 crore

Sushil Ansal's wife, Kusum Ansal, has sold her Lutyens' Delhi bungalow for ₹241 crore to Gujarat-based Yatah Enterprises. The sale, managed under the SARFAESI Act, helped in settling dues of a lender. The deal is one of the costliest real estate transactions in India at ₹200,000 per sq ft.
