Noida Authority has sealed three under-construction towers and ten commercial outlets at the Lotus Panache project. This action follows dues amounting to Rs 703 crore and illegal construction without approval. The developer, Granite Gate Properties Pvt Ltd, is undergoing insolvency proceedings. The Authority acted after the developer continued construction despite a public notice about pending dues.
