Bengaluru-based developer Concorde is targeting higher sales in FY27 after closing FY26 with sales of about ₹450 crore and recognised revenue of ₹395-400 crore. The company plans to launch 1.5-2 million sq ft during the year, increase its outright land purchase budget and focus largely on mid-segment housing priced between ₹1.5 crore and ₹2.5 crore.
