The Supreme Court is set to review the National Buildings Construction Corporation's (NBCC) request concerning RERA compliance for Supertech's housing projects. NBCC is seeking exemptions from mandatory regulations to renovate stalled developments. This appeal comes after the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal denied similar requests. Previously, the apex court instructed NBCC to accelerate the project completions, with construction for sixteen Supertech projects slated to commence shortly.
