Godrej Properties has entered into a development agreement for a 2.5-acre luxury housing project in Marine Lines, Mumbai, with estimated revenue potential of about ₹6,000 crore. Development rights jointly held by Man Infraconstruction and Shreepati Group have been transferred to Godrej, while MICL will recover over ₹300 crore of its investment and retain a revenue-sharing interest.
