The Bombay High Court has stopped developer S D Corporation from altering its Tardeo twin towers, 'The Imperial'. Residents sued, claiming the builder planned extra flats and buildings violating the original plan. The court ruled no changes can be made without resident consent. The builder cannot use increased buildable space from slum scheme delays to add more flats.
