Global maritime major Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement has acquired office space in Mumbai for over Rs 304 crore. This marks a significant acquisition by an international shipping group in India. The new office will serve as the company's India headquarters. It will consolidate ship-management, crewing, technical, and digital operations. The space is scheduled for completion by December 2027.
